"This season we saw a major reduction in man games lost due to injury, this I believe can be greatly attributed to the utllization of our Stretch Therpapists.
Our players not only felt that they saw less soft tissue injuries but also a shorter recovery time between competition was a benefit from the Fasical Stretch sessions.
Stretch Therapy has become and will continue to be an integral part of our program, allowing us to be a leader in player development for the NCAA, WHL and the NHL"

I have been fascinated by endurance sports, and especially the Ironman triathlon, for more than 20 years. So far I have already successfully finished 38 long distances and have always tried not to harm my body. As a physician, I know very well that our bodies don't always follow the rules, both positive and negative. That's why I've only ever worked with therapists who understand more than just anatomical connections. Our energy pathways (meridians) and our emotions are also reflected in injuries and dysfunctions. It's not called emotions in vain - they move or block us. Since I arrived at Ironman Canada with a muscle injury that wasn't completely healed, I was lucky enough to meet Danielle through a recommendation and was thrilled right from the start because I didn't have access to the therapists I knew far away from home. The race went well for me and I was able to finish without any pain or injury. I'm still amazed at how quickly and effectively Daniele was able to help me, even though we had so little time. It's a shame that I live so far away, but I can fully recommend working with Danielle for anyone who wants to become a complete athlete.

"In 2013 I compete in Ultraman Canada. After winning 1rst place at Ultraman Canada in 2011, I had a strong sense of the challenge and what it would take to race at my best. For this event I not only required strong training preparations, a good nutrition plan, and a fantastic support crew...but my 2011 experience taught me RECOVERY after each leg of the 3 day ultra-even was critical. In 2013 after the first day consisting of a 10K swim and 150K bike I found myself at Danielle Cournoyer's table. Danielle blew me away with her skill, attentiveness and knowledge...I believe she accelerated my recovery process and had a tremendous impact on my ability to drive strong results on all 3 legs of the Ultraman. I went on the finish 2nd overall however I PR'd by almost an hour and was ultimately more proud of that result over my win in 2011. It would not have been possible without Danielle...as an 18x Ironman finisher, 2x Ultrman finisher and a Solo RAAM finisher, I can sincerely say Danielle is the most talented and best movement therapist I've ever experienced!
Cheers,
